Reminder to 6th grade students to turn your Camp Rotary tuition money in to the office for collection.

8th grade girls interested in playing basketball there will be an open gym tomorrow from 10-12:00 in the MS gym

Mock Rock entry forms are available starting today from Mrs. Richardson. Mock Rock is Saturday, Feb. 6. All entry forms are due to Mrs. Richardson by Wednesday, January 27.

There will be a Go To Meeting on Monday during lunch in Room 11.

Second semester schedules will be distributed Tuesday, January 12 in class meetings. Students will be dismissed at 3:00 to report to the following locations: 9th grade - north end of the gym, 10th grade - auditorium, 11th grade - south end of the gym, 12th grade - library. Students are to stay in their class meetings until the bell rings at 3:20.

Students - if you plan to exempt out of an exam, your exam exemption form is due in the office by 3:30 today. Late forms will not be accepted.

Students - you must park in the student parking area, which is the east end of the parking lot (look for the sign). If you are parked in the wrong part of the lot, you may be towed.

Any junior or senior interested in applying for a Camp Rotary counseling position may pick up an application packet in the office.

Caberfae Peaks Community Red Cards are available for $1.00 each. Red cards offer discounts on lift tickets and ski or board rentals. If you would like to purchase a red card see Ms. Gilson before school, during your lunch break, or after school.

There will be a varsity club meeting this Friday at 12:10 in the auditorium.

 

Exam exemption forms are available in the wall pocket outside the high school office.  They are due to Mrs. Hose by 3:30 Friday (January 8).  Late forms will not be accepted.

 

STUDENT COUNCIL – there will be a meeting today at lunch in room 11.  We really need to work on Chill Out Week so be there with ideas!

 

JUNIORS – the prom committee will be meeting with a presenter from LifeTouch during lunch today at 12:05.  Grab your lunch and come down to Mrs. Phillips’ room.

 

Students – you must park in the student parking area, which is the east end of the parking lot (look for the sign).  If you are parked in the wrong part of the lot, you may be towed.

The Missaukee County Road Commission is reminding us that snow plows are on the roads many mornings at the same time busses are picking up students.  Make sure you wait a safe distance from the plowed portion of the roadway until the bus comes to a complete stop.

All ladies interested in playing volleyball next fall, there will be a brief meeting after school in Coach Hinkston’s classroom in the upper elementary today, January 5.  Weight room and open gym schedules will be distributed, as well as fund raiser information.
