Come see your classmates perform in “Get Smart” this weekend, a witty and hilarious spy spoof! Performances are this Saturday ONLY at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Admission for students is $3 and $4 for adults.
SENIORS – you must see Ms. Gilson this week to confirm your legal name for your diploma. This information must be submitted to Jostens by January 16, so it is important that you see her this week
before school, after school, or during lunch.
Exam exemption applications are available in the wall pocket outside the office. Pick one up before school, after school, or during lunch. Please return completed forms to the office no later than
3:30 p.m. on Monday, January 12. Late applications will not be accepted.
SENIORS – we will be selling candy bars for concessions at both play performances this Saturday. We need people to sell. See Ms. Morse or Mrs. Atkins asap if you can help sell.
Math tutoring is scheduled after school today in Mrs. Peterson’s room.
Algebra tutoring is scheduled after school today in Mrs. VanderBrook’s room.
COUNSELOR’S CORNER
There is a short Go To team meeting second hour Friday, January 9 in Mrs. Peterson’s room.
The annual Careers for Women conference will be held on Tuesday, February 3 at the Fox Hill Event Center. This is sponsored by CTC to introduce non-traditional careers for women. If you are interested, sign up in Mrs. Richardson’s office by the end of the day on Wednesday, January 28.
Seniors - you should be working on filling out your FAFSA for financial aid soon. If you need information, see Mrs. Richardson for the packet that was given at the Postsecondary Planning Evening. Baker College will be offering FAFSA assistance at College Goal Sunday, February 8 from 2–4 p.m. in their Learning Center. Bring your tax information and they will help you get it filed.
