Congratulations to the Student of the Week – Cylee Burns.

 

Baker college is offering driver education classes in their Mustang, Camaro and Firebird starting June 10. Pick up a schedule outside the high school office or see Mr. Yeomans at lunch.

 

There will be a full student council meeting today with the new council at lunch. 

 

Student folders will be deleted over the summer.  Save anything you need before you leave Friday. All files will be gone

 

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

 

If you are interested in credit recovery options through summer school, see Mrs. Richardson for details and for an enrollment form.  They must be turned in by the last day of school.

 

 

ATHLETICS

 

We have summer conditioning opportunities available for any interested high school student.  Pick up a list from the athletic wall pocket today.  Questions?  See Ms. Gilson.

Congratulations to Mrs. Atkins’ and Mr. Thom’s 1st hour classes for raising the most money for the Relay for Life.  They enjoyed doughnuts and juice this morning, and Mrs. Atkins’ class whipped up a nice breakfast spread!  Her class alone raised $285!  Way to go! The total raised by the high school was $612!  Great job and thank you to all who contributed!

 

 

ATHLETICS

 

There is a cross country sign up meeting today at lunch in Mr. Webb’s room.  Summer workout information and tentative schedules will be handed out at this time.  Today in Mr. Webb’s room, cross country, BE THERE!

There will be a full student council meeting with new council on Thursday at lunch.  Juniors will finish class meetings at 3:00 p.m. in the auditorium today.

 

The results of the sophomore elections are as follows:  president, Erin McGiness; vice-president, Cylee Burns; secretary, Hollie Eising; treasurer, Bradley Atkins, and student council, Brooke Larsen,

Esmeralda Ramirez, and Nikolay Booms

 

The results of the freshmen elections are:  president, Collin Hinkston; vice-president, Ethan Wetzel;

secretary, Rebecca Young; treasurer, Travis Hamel; and student council, Garrett Wilson,

Lucas Marion, and Andrew Fechter.
