GENERAL

Freshmen – There are a few 2007-2008 Middle School yearbooks left.  If you would like one, contact Mrs. Vanderwal at the middle school.  The cost is $11.00.

 

Juniors – If you are interested in being on the Prom Committee please contact Mrs. Root or Mrs. Lisa Richardson.  Also, anyone who needs to pay their class dues may give them to Mrs. Lisa Richardson.

 

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

The following college representatives are scheduled to visit LCHS:   Saginaw Valley, Lake Superior State, and Alma – October 16.  Any student interested in meeting with a rep must sign up in the office.

 

“Challenge of the Week” is “Say you’re sorry to someone you know you have hurt in the past.”

JV Volleyball – Away – Chippewa Hills – 9:00am – Bus departs 7:00am

 

Classic Chevrolet and Classic Ford would like to welcome anyone who would like to participate in a tailgate party on October 17th, 2008 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm for the Lake City vs Marion football game.  The tailgate party will be held at the Lake City Varsity Football field and sponsored by the Lake City Athletics Boosters and Classic Chevrolet and Classic Ford.  Hotdogs, pop, and chips will be provided to those who attend.  Let’s get behind our team and show our support for our School.

Attention all YAC members!  We will have a short meeting at 8:00 Friday morning in the library to discuss our first project -- "Fingers and Toes Before It Snows."    We hope to get this project going by the first of November.  Also, the Gently Used Book Drive from last spring brought in more than 2,700 books -- our highest total ever.  Congratulations!  See you tomorrow morning!
