GENERAL

Freshmen – There are a few 2007-2008 Middle School yearbooks left.  If you would like one, contact Mrs. Vanderwal at the middle school.  The cost is $11.00.

 

Sophomores:  We need ticket takers for two more Fridays.  If you can help out October 17 or 24, please sign up in Ms. Bernier's room. 

 

Sophomore class officers -- please meet in Mrs. Phillips' room tomorrow (Thursday) at 12:20 for a short meeting.

 

Juniors – If you are interested in being on the Prom Committee please contact Mrs. Root or Mrs. Lisa Richardson.  Also, anyone who needs to pay their class dues may give them to Mrs. Lisa Richardson.

 

Seniors – Mr. Bongard needs your Pizza Kit orders today.  NO LATER!!

 

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

The Go-To Team will be meeting today (Wednesday) during lunch in Room #11.  Get your lunch and bring it to the meeting.

 

The following college representatives are scheduled to visit LCHS:  Western University – October 15, and Saginaw Valley, Lake Superior State, and Alma – October 16.  Any student interested in meeting with a rep must sign up in the office.

 

Cadillac High School will be hosting their annual College Night Program today, Wednesday, October 15^th starting at 6:30pm in the auxiliary gymnasium.  All Juniors and Seniors are encouraged to attend.

 

“Challenge of the Week” is “Say you’re sorry to someone you know you have hurt in the past.”

 

 

SPORTS

Classic Chevrolet and Classic Ford would like to welcome anyone who would like to participate in a tailgate party on October 17^th, 2008 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm for the Lake City vs Marion football game.  The tailgate party will be held at the Lake City Varsity Football field and sponsored by the Lake City Athletics Boosters and Classic Chevrolet and Classic Ford.  Hotdogs, pop, and chips will be provided to those who attend.  Let’s get behind our team and show our support for our School.
