Finally, the announcement you’ve been waiting for!  Mock Rock 2012 will be held on Saturday, January 28, so it’s time to start getting your act together. You may have a lip-synch, karaoke, or live performance. Keep in mind that in recent years, choreography and coordinating attire have become more important. Sign-up sheets will be available outside the office in January.

 

A locker clean-out has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 20 during 4th hour.  The schedule is as follows:  9th grade 11:10-11:20, 10th grade 11:20-11:30, 11th grade 11:30-11:40, and 12th grade 11:40-11:50. Morning CTC students clean when you get back to school, and afternoon CTC students clean before you leave for CTC.

 

YACsters – there will be a quick grant approval meeting today at noon in Ms. Morse’s room. 

Please grab your lunch and head down quickly.

 

Student Council – your Christmas party is today after school in Mrs. VanderBrook’s room.

Please remember to bring your gift and dish to pass. 

 

Any senior who sold pies – please pick them up from Mrs. Peterson’s room after school or just before you get on the bus today.

 

ALL SENIORS – we will be placing the order for diplomas soon.  If you have not already done this you must stop by Ms. Gilson’s door at noon today to sign off on your name.

The junior fundraiser money is due to Ms. Morse or Mrs. McNalley today.

 

The yearbook class is creating a page for out of school sports.  If you participate in a non-school sport and have a picture of yourself participating in it, you must give your picture to either Jimmy Hollars or Mrs. Atkins today.

 

The yearbook is on sale until January 23.  The cost for the book is $35 or $40 for a personalized one with your name across the front.  You may make a deposit of $20 to reserve a copy.  An example of the personalized book is in Mrs. Atkins’ window.  You may also order online at www.yearbookforever.com.   Have checks made out to Lake City Yearbook, and submit to

Mrs. Atkins.  Remember, we WILL NOT be ordering any extra yearbooks.

Any senior who sold pies – the pies will be here tomorrow.  Please pick them up from Mrs. Peterson’s room after school or just before you get on the bus.

 

ALL SENIORS – we will be placing the order for diplomas soon.  If you have not already done this you must stop by Ms. Gilson’s door at noon today to sign off on your name.

SENIORS – the time has come to turn in your senior picture, baby picture, and quote.  These need to be turned in by the end of the semester.  Please have a photo release from your photographer allowing the yearbook to use your senior picture, even if it was your parent who took the picture.
