STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

SENIORS – cap and gown packets will be distributed during lunch on Monday, May 16.  Afternoon CTC students may pick up their cap and gown packet when they return to school.

 

Please make sure you pay all your library fines by the end of the year.  Seniors will not receive their diplomas until all library fines are paid in full. 

 

Baker College is offering Segment 2 drivers education classes beginning May 23.  Please see

Mr. Yeomans to sign up.

 

Seniors – applications for exam exemptions are due back in the office by 3:30 p.m. today!

Students – you must pay your lunch charges as soon as possible.  SENIORS – you must pay before you receive your diploma.

 

North Star is offering Segment 1 drivers education classes beginning June 6.  Registration forms are located outside the office.

 

There is still time to join the Let's Go Paddling! pass program through Missaukee Paddle Sports.  Information flyers are located outside the office.

 

All student government and student council forms, letters and grade verifications are due to your class advisors by 3:30pm today!

There is a CTC Career Expo for students today in the gym.  The following is the schedule of times that each grade level will go.  Students will walk through the booths, have a snack and see what CTC has to offer.  Students will go back to their classes at the ending time.

 

12:30 – 12:55 p.m. - 9th grade (go right to the gym after lunch)

1:00 – 1:25 p.m. - 10th grade

1:30 – 1:55 p.m. - 11th grade

There will be class meetings today directly following lunch.  Freshmen go to the gym, sophomores to auditorium and juniors to library.

 

This past weekend, the Lake City Forensics Team attended the state tournament down at Oakland University.  After two days of competition, the team finished third overall.  Congratulations on a job well done.  Please check the web site to see where everyone placed.
