STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS
Tuesday, April 21, 2015
There will be a short meeting for all boys interested in playing basketball next year on Wednesday, April 22 at 12:10 in the auditorium.
Due to a scheduling conflict, Mrs. Thom’s Friday tutoring session has been rescheduled to Wednesday after school.
AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING – Algebra in Mrs. Peterson’s and Mrs. VanderBrook’s rooms, and English in Ms. Bernier’s room.
JUNIORS: please be sure to bring a writing instrument, something to read, or coursework to each day of
M-Step testing in case you get done early. We will not release a session until everyone is done so it is imperative you have something to do after you finish testing.
Don’t forget that yearbooks are still on sale. Cost is $35.00. You may pay in full or pay a $20.00 deposit. All money is due by Friday, May 8. See Mrs. Atkins or Joe Liestenfeltz if you have questions.
Congratulations to the Student of the Week – Hollie Eising.
Prom tickets will be sold during lunch. Tickets are $30 each or $55 per couple. CTC students may purchase tickets from Mrs. Clous before or after school. If you plan to bring a guest that is not a Lake City student, you will need to register that person in the high school office no later than 3:30 p.m. Thursday, April 23. There is a drop-off box in the office for after-prom permission slips.
Juniors - if you are interested in helping with prom decorations, you can help during lunch or after school any day this week.
There will be a presentation by the State of Michigan’s OK2SAY program tonight at 6:00 p.m. in the middle school gymnasium. This is about cyber-bullying and safety. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
