SENIORS – pictures for the 2015 graduate composite will be taken Thursday, February 19 from

7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.  Pictures will be taken in groups of 5-6 students at a time.  Stay in class until the photographer’s assistant calls for you.  Seniors attending morning CTC are to report to the

auditorium before leaving for CTC or immediately upon returning.

 

Juniors - there is a prom planning meeting tomorrow during lunch in Mrs. Clous’ room

 

Juniors - if you are interested in helping with the 50/50 this Friday, see Mrs. Clous or Mr. Bongard.

 

Mr. Lake City sign up will be held in the lobby during lunch today.  If you have your information sheets done you may turn them in during sign up, and they must be turned in to the office no later than the end of the day tomorrow.

Vocal group will meet in the foods room today after school.

 

Student Council – you have a meeting during lunch today at 12:10 in Mrs. VanderBrook's room.

 

Mr. Lake City is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 7:00 p.m. in the high school gym.  Sign up will be held during lunch hour today and tomorrow.  There will be a limited number of spots, so sign up right away.  Contestants will need to fill out an information sheet to be turned in Wednesday, February 18.  

 

Seniors – there will be a short class meeting tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. in the library.

Happy first day of Chill-Out week! Now let’s talk about spirit points. Each day your class can get up to 100 spirit points. That could happen today if 100% of your class mixed and matched. If you did, please check in with the assigned class advisor (not yours) at the beginning of lunch. Seniors will go to Mrs. Baron in the library, juniors will go to Ms. Bernier, sophomores will go to Mr. Bongard, and freshmen can go see Ms. Morse outside the art room. Congratulations to the Student of the Week – Casey Abel.

 

Algebra tutoring is scheduled today in Mrs. Peterson’s and Mrs. VanderBrook’s rooms.

 

Lake City yearbooks are now on sale.  The cost is $35.00.  You may pay in full or put $20.00 down.  The rest of your money will be due by Friday, May 8.  If the company sends any additional books, the price will be $45.00 after Friday, May 8.  Please see Mrs. Atkins or Joe Liestenfeltz if you have any questions.

 

Chill-out week starts Monday.  Monday is mismatch day.  Try out stripes and plaid, bad hair, or maybe pastel with fluorescent!  Tuesday is too old or too young, Wednesday is WOW, Thursday is athletic, and Friday is red-pride day.

Popcorn Day, Friday, Jan. 23rd Be sure to let your advisory teacher know if you are interested in purchasing popcorn no later than Thursday. Popcorn is $.50 each and will be delivered to your advisory hour on Friday. Thanks!


Camp Rotary Camp health forms are due Monday, January 26th, to the office. Money toward Camp Rotary can be paid at any time prior to camp. Parents can pay $20 now with $20 prior to the first week of camp. Money can be paid in the office. Thank you!

Class meetings are scheduled today to distribute second semester schedules.  Students will be dismissed at 3:05 to go to the following locations: 

 

9th  grade – gym/north end

10th grade – auditorium

11th grade – gym/south end

12th grade – library
