GENERAL

Seniors – your senior info and pictures are due before Christmas.  Please get this in as soon as possible to Mrs. Atkins or Hayley Mund.  There are only 9 days left.

 

The Missaukee County Sheriff’s Office is offering a snowmobile training class on December 13.  See poster on bulletin board for more information.

 

Reminder to those NHSers signed up for the senior citizen luncheon.  It is tomorrow.  Make sure to talk to your teachers ahead of time for the classes you will miss.

 

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

Challenge of the Week –

 

All 10^th graders will be going on a tour of the Career Tech Center in Cadillac tomorrow, Tuesday, 12/9, in the afternoon.  Students will be dismissed for lunch at 11:40 and need to be in the lobby to get on the busses at noon.  We will return to school about 3:00pm.

 

JUNIORS – The Discover Scholarship Program awards diverse high school juniors on their exemplary achievements in Leadership and Community Service while overcoming obstacles.  Applications for the scholarship program are available at www.discoverfinancial.com/community.  The application deadline is January 31, 2009.
