SENIORS going on the senior trip will need to meet with Mrs. Getty in the lobby on Friday, March 5 at 3:15.

 

Congratulations to Kyler Root – our Student of the Week.

 

STUDENT COUNCIL – the spirit trip committee will meet at lunch today in room 11. 

 

STUDENT COUNCIL – there will be a full council meeting on Wednesday (tomorrow) during lunch in room 11.

 

NHSers – there will be a meeting Thursday at 12:19 (during lunch) in Ms. Bernier’s room.  Be on time.

 

There will be a varsity club meeting at noon today in the auditorium.

 

Band festival is TODAY!  Band members are to be dismissed from class at 1:15 to go directly to the band room.  Percussionists will be dismissed at 1:00.  The bus leaves at 1:45.

 

FRESHMAN CLASS - SELL! SELL! SELL! Little Caesar's Pizza Kits.   Remember our goal is to sell five kits each.  Keep up the good work!

 

Any student wanting to attend CTC next year needs to fill out an enrollment form.  That INCLUDES returning students.  Forms are available in the information center outside Mrs. Richardson’s office, and need to be completed and returned to Mrs. Richardson asap.

 

 

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

 

JUNIORS – applications for the Alexander Hamilton Citizenship Achievement Award are available at www.hamiltonfriends.org.  This is a $500 cash award that also awards paid leadership training, and college prep assistance.  It is for juniors who are college bound, have a strong record of community services, show strong commitment to academic studies, are a self-starter, show passion and commitment to their interests, and show financial and/or personal need.  Applications are due by April 16.  Information is posted on the school website.

 

 

ATHLETICS

 

JV and varsity boys basketball teams play Marion – Home – 6:00 p.m.

 

All varsity boys basketball and cheer athletes must see Mr. McGiness before school, during noon, or after school regarding parents night this Thursday.
