SOPHOMORES - workers still needed at the game this Friday. We need two for the Afghan raffle table and one more to help with the 50/50 tickets. Come support the Trojans while helping your sophomore class increase their funds. Plus have fun while doing it.
GO TO TEAM – there will be a meeting on Friday (tomorrow) during 5th hour in Mrs. Peterson’s room. There is a lot to go over. Be there if you can, or see Mrs. Richardson or Mrs. Peterson if you are not able to be there.
MENTORS – there will NOT be a mentor meeting this Friday. Plan to meet next Friday at lunch. Keep up the good work.
Congratulations to Tyler Wilkerson – our Student of the Week.
Math tutoring will begin after school on Thursdays from 3:30-4:00 p.m. Each week a different math teacher will be assisting so check the schedule outside of Mrs. Richardson’s office or in the math wing to see where tutoring is located. This week we’ll start in Mrs. Peterson’s room at 3:30.
SENIORS – Jostens will be here TOMORROW to take orders for your cap and gown and announcements. They will set up in the lobby at 11:30 a.m. and take your orders during lunch. If you have questions or need an order packet, see Ms. Gilson in the high school office.
JUNIORS/SENIORS – sign up in the office if you would like to talk to the following college reps: Saginaw Valley on October 14, Grand Valley on October 14, and Ferris on October 15.
COUNSELOR’S CORNER
JUNIORS AND SENIORS – please check the bulletin board in the library hallway for college, testing, and scholarship information. Several college reps will be coming to visit soon. Be sure to listen to and read the announcements daily to know when the college reps are coming, then sign up in the office to schedule a meeting with them. If you don’t sign up, you will miss it.
ATHLETICS
JV football @ Mesick, 6:30 p.m., bus leaves at 4:45 p.m.
FALL ATHLETES – the Bear Claw trash bag fundraiser order forms are due to Ms. Gilson by 3:30 p.m.
Friday, October 15 (that’s tomorrow). If you haven’t taken orders yet, please so do! Remember athletes – the athletic boosters sponsor this fundraiser and do a lot of great things for the athletic programs.
