Chill Out Week starts Monday!  This is your last chance to get spirit points.  The themes are:

Monday- Gender Bender

Tuesday – Twin Day

Wednesday – Color Day (Freshman orange, Sophomore white, Juniors red, Seniors black)

Thursday- Princess and the Pauper

Friday- Red Pride Friday

 

There will be a prom committee meeting today during lunch in Ms. Morse’s room.

 

Monday is the last day to order a yearbook.  The cost for the book is $35 or $40 for a personalized one with your name across the front.  Reserve a copy for $20. You may also order online at www.yearbookforever.com.   Have checks made out to Lake City Yearbook, and submit to Mrs. Atkins.  Remember, we WILL NOT be ordering any extra yearbooks.

 

Camp Rotary counselor applications are available in the office.  Stop in the office during lunch or before or after school to pick one up.  The required items listed on the application must be returned to the high school office by January 27.

 

North Star segment 2 driver’s education begins February 15.  Registration forms are located in front of the office.

 

The Lake City Christian Reform Church will be hosting a Red Cross blood drive today from noon to 5:45 p.m.  If you are able to donate, please stop by after school.

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

 

Seniors - all local scholarships are due at the end of the day.  Turn them into the office.  If you have any questions, leave Mrs. Richardson a note.  If you are waiting on a letter of recommendation, turn the application in with a note.  The letter will need to be turned in on Monday.

 

ATHLETICS

 

Boys JV/Varsity basketball vs NMC, home, 6:00 p.m.

 

CABERFAE PEAKS red cards are here.  Good for discounts on lift tickets and ski or board rentals.  Cost is $1.00 and the card is good all season.  See Ms. Gilson to purchase.
