Junior class prom committee members will have a meeting during lunch on Tuesday, October 16 in Mr. Bongard’s classroom.  Get your lunch and bring it down by 12:10 p.m.  Bring your listening ears. 

 

Congratulations to the Student of the Week – Raven Potter.

Picture retakes will take place on Monday, October 29.  Order forms are located in the wall pocket outside the office.

 

This Thursday, October 18 is a half-day of school due to parent-teacher conferences.  There will still be CTC in the afternoon and the bus will run its regularly scheduled time.  CTC students – you must make arrangements to have your parents pick you up when the bus returns to school.

Grace Bible College will be here to visit on Tuesday, October 16.  There is a sign up sheet in the office.  You may sign up before or after school or during lunch.

The PSAT will be given on the morning of Wednesday, October 17, in the auditorium.  This is open to any 10th or 11th grader who wishes to take it.  The cost is $15 to be paid to Ms. Gilson by the end of the test.  You have until the end of the day today to sign up in the office.  If you want to take the test, but can’t pay right away or have any other questions, see Mrs. Richardson.

 

The Wexford–Missaukee Career Tech Center will be hosting an open house on Wednesday, October 17, from 6-8 p.m.  There will be door prizes and refreshments.  Go and check out the wonderful programs that are available.

 

ATHLETICS

 

Varsity Cross Country Highland @ Marion, dismissal time 2:45 p.m., bus departs at 3:00 p.m., meet starts at 4:30 p.m.

Varsity Volleyball vs NMC, home, game starts at 6:00 p.m.

 

We will be taking orders for football playoff shirts through October 17.  Pick up an order form from the athletic wall pocket.  All orders are due to Ms. Gilson by 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 17.
