Congratulations to the Student of the Week – Maggie Eising.

 

Courtesy Driving School will be offering segment II driver education classes at Lake City High School

on Monday and Tuesday, November 25 and 26, and Monday, December 2 from 7-9 p.m.  If you register before class starts the cost is $30.00.  To register, please call 800-256-9559.  You may obtain additional information  outside the high school office or by visiting courtesydrivingschool.com.

 

The student council canned food drive has started and will go through next Tuesday.  Bring cans to your class advisor to earn spirit points and help families in need.

 

Math tutoring is scheduled today in Mr. Thom’s room.

 

SENIORS:  it’s time to order your diplomas.  You will need to see Ms Gilson asap to verify the correct spelling of your name.  See her during lunch today or tomorrow.

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

 

A postsecondary planning evening will be held for seniors and parents on Wednesday, December 4 at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium.  There will be a financial aid advisor there to go over the FAFSA and other financial aid information.  Local scholarship applications will be available that night along with a lot of other valuable information.  Seniors need to plan to attend!  See Mrs. Richardson if you have any questions.
