Congratulations to the Student of the Week – Cassie Drouillard.

 

Baker College of Cadillac will be offering segment one driver education classes starting Monday,

April 14.  Information and applications may be found in the wall pocket outside the high school office.  If you have any questions call Baker College or contact Mr. Yeomans.

 

Math tutoring is scheduled Thursday, April 10 in Mr. Thom’s room.

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

 

Morning CTC students – if you want to stay Thursday morning to hear Anthony Ianni speak, you must sign up with Mrs. Richardson by the end of the day Wednesday.  It will still count as a CTC absence.

 

CTC Early College completed applications are due to Mrs. Richardson by the end of the day Friday, April 11.  If you are a junior going into Welding, CNET, or Public Safety and want to complete 3 years at CTC and receive an Associate’s degree, see Mrs. Richardson about the Early College program.

The Huron-Manistee National Forests will be filling 2-3 Youth Conservation Corps positions at the supervisor’s office in Cadillac this summer.  See Mrs. Richardson for an application.  They are due to the Cadillac office by Friday, April 18.

 

Anthony Ianni and the Relentless Tour will be here Thursday morning.   The former MSU basketball player will speak to us about his experiences.  We will be taking donations for this event.  Super Awesome Fun Night will be Friday night from 7 – 11:00 p.m.  Cost is $3 per person.  These funds also go towards the cost of the Relentless Tour.  We will have board games, a movie, and new this year – a dodge ball tournament and dance competition.  Get a dodge ball team together and sign your team up when you come that evening.

Golf practice will be at the golf course today from 3:30-5:30..
