Sophomores - meet in the lobby tomorrow morning when the bell rings. Attendance will be taken as you board the busses for the CTC visit. Please dress for the weather as you may have a short walk outside to some of the programs. You will not need to bring anything with you. You will be returning about 11:30 and will go to your 4th hour class.
Juniors will be released at 10:45 to go to the auditorium tomorrow for a presentation on career and college options, and will be there until lunch. Juniors who have AM CTC may go to the afternoon presentation if they desire. Seniors will be released to go to the auditorium for the presentation after 5th hour attendance. Seniors who have PM CTC may go to the morning presentation.
Seniors – your baby picture and quote are due by next week Friday. Your senior picture, with photo release is due by Friday, December 18. All items must be given to Mrs. Atkins. Also, if you plan on going on the senior trip, you need to pay your dues in full by Friday, January 8! No exceptions.
Any senior planning on going on the senior trip must attend the meeting this Wednesday at lunch to discuss their own personal fundraising needs. If you are in CTC in the afternoon, please check with your advisors before you leave, or check with Mrs. Clous when you get back from CTC.
This week the Go To Team is sponsoring Be Nice week! If you notice a classmate, teammate, friend, teacher, or staff member going out of their way to be kind to someone else, you have a chance to recognize them. In the office (and in the teachers’ lounge for staff) there will be a Be Nice bucket and ballots. Please stop in to nominate anyone you see being extra nice! Spread some holiday cheer by treating each other nicely. An act of kindness goes a long way for the one being treated kindly, and for the one being kind. There may be fun rewards, too. J
Biology tutoring is scheduled after school today in Mrs. Clous’ room.
Jostens will be delivering class rings in the library Wednesday morning through 9:00 a.m.
The sophomore class will be having a popcorn sale over the next few weeks for a Popcorn Day on Thursday, December 17. Popcorn will be $1 a bag. If you are interested in having popcorn delivered to you second hour that Thursday, come to the High School library to sign up and pay. Any questions, see Mrs. Baron in the Library. Thank you!

ATHLETICS
Athletic pictures will be taken after school today for girls basketball and wrestling. Boys basketball and cheer will have athletic pictures taken this Thursday. You will need your uniforms.
There are still Highland Conference volleyball shirts available. See Mrs. Vokes if you are interested.
JV/Varsity girls basketball vs Forest Area, home, game starts at 6 p.m.
Wrestlers – meet Ethan Wetzel at the storage area during lunch.
Winter season passes are available in the athletic office or at any home game. $50 per family, $10 per student
