Students – if you have not had your picture taken by fourth hour, please let your teacher know.  You will be sent to the auditorium to get it taken.

 

We will be voting for Homecoming representatives this week. Good luck to all!

 

Freshmen interested in running for Student Council should pick up a form from Mr. Thom in room 18.

 

Seniors - there is a float building meeting today during lunch in Ms. Bernier’s room.  Grab your lunch and come down!   We also need people to volunteer for our fundraising night at Culver’s in Cadillac on Monday, September 12 and the Powderpuff football game on Monday, September 19.  Sign-up sheets are in Ms. Bernier’s room.

 

Freshmen - there will be a float building meeting in the library during lunch tomorrow, Thursday.  Please eat your lunch in the cafeteria and then join Mrs. Scott in the library to discuss float building plans and meeting dates.  All freshmen are encouraged and welcome. Thank you!

 

Sophomore officers – please meet in Mrs. Atkins’ room at lunch today.  Any sophomore interested in float building, please meet in Mr. Boyer’s shop tomorrow at lunch.

 

Courtesy Driving School flyers are available in the office.  Segment I starts in October and Segment II in November. 

 

Students – please refer to the student handbook regarding dress policy.  Several students have had to be addressed regarding appropriate school attire. 

 

The 6th annual Athletic Booster Tailgate Event is this Friday, September 9 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Lake City Athletic Complex.  They will be serving pulled pork, baked beans, and potato salad for $5.00 per person or $20.00 per family.  Proceeds support the Lake City Athletic Boosters.  Take-out orders will be available.

ATHLETICS

 

High School athletic pictures are scheduled after school today.  Football and cross country pictures will be taken at the field and volleyball in the high school gym.
