COUNSELOR’S CORNER

The Lighthouse Café in Lake City runs every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month.  They’re in need of 2-4 people to help them unload the truck of food from about 2-2:30 until 3:30 or if wanted, stay and help people load boxes until 5-5:30 p.m.  It is a great volunteer opportunity that will look good on scholarship applications and resume’s and is only two times per month.  If it can be worked out in your schedule to go, we will school excuse it.  We need people who will be consistent.  Please let Mrs. Richardson know asap if you are interested.

If you want to go on the CMU trip, you must register online by the end of the day tomorrow.  Check the email you listed for the link.  There is also a permission slip you need to pick up, get signed, and returned to Mr. Fairbrother once you have registered.  If you have not registered on line yet, see

Mr. Fairbrother. Permission slips are due by the end of the day Tuesday, October 11.  These things must be done, or you will not be allowed to attend the trip
