GENERAL

Sophomores -- Remember to collect money as people are ordering their fruit.  All money needs to be turned in with your order on November 7th.  Checks can be made payable to Lake City Area Schools.

 

The Junior Class Prom Committee will be meeting on Thursday, Nov. 6th at lunch in the Trojan Room Please plan on attending.

 

Mock Election Tuesday, Nov. 4^th – Voting will take place during 1^st through 4^th hours.  Students will be called down to the library to vote.  Only those students who registered last week will be allowed to vote.

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

“Challenge of the Week” is “Give an unexpected gift to someone.”

 

There will be an informational meeting for any Juniors or Seniors who may be interested in an online Dual Enrollment college course for next semester or next year, Thursday, November 6^th at 12:30 pm in the auditorium.  If you are interested in hearing more about dual enrollment, you must sign up in the office.  We will go over the classes available and how the program works.  See Mrs. Richardson if you have any questions.

 

 

SPORTS

Volleyball Districts – Lake City will play Manton at Manton tonight, Tuesday, November 4 at 6:00 p.m.

 

Boys basketball athletes:  the gym schedule will be posted outside coach Fossitt’s classroom this week.  This schedule will tell you what gym you are scheduled for and the time slot you have.  Don’t forget to check it!
