GENERAL

A big thank you to the student body for their participation in yesterday’s Mock Election.  For results check the flip chart at the library.

 

Sophomores -- Remember to collect money as people are ordering their fruit.  All money needs to be turned in with your order on November 7th.  Checks can be made payable to Lake City Area Schools.

 

The Junior Class Prom Committee will be meeting on Thursday, Nov. 6th at lunch in the Trojan Room Please plan on attending.

 

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

“Challenge of the Week” is “Give an unexpected gift to someone.”

 

There will be a Go To Meeting today (Wed) during 5^th hour in the Auditorium.  Again, if a student can’t miss your class, that is fine.  Students need to report to class for attendance then go to the auditorium.

 

There will be an informational meeting for any Juniors or Seniors who may be interested in an online Dual Enrollment college course for next semester or next year, Thursday, November 6^th at 12:30 pm in the auditorium.  If you are interested in hearing more about dual enrollment, you must sign up in the office.  We will go over the classes available and how the program works.  See Mrs. Richardson if you have any questions.

 

 

SPORTS

There will be a sign up for varsity girls basketball today after school in the gym.

 

Boys basketball athletes:  the gym schedule will be posted outside Coach Fossitt’s classroom this week.  This schedule will tell you what gym you are scheduled for and the time slot you have.  Don’t forget to check it!
