Congratulations to the Student of the Week – Nicholas Sherlock.

 

The homecoming dance is scheduled for Saturday, October 5 from 8-11:15 p.m.  Anyone wishing to bring a visitor must register their guest in the office by 3:30 p.m. today, and the guest must be under 21 years of age.  Sign up before school, after school, or during lunch - not during class time.

 

Remember to get your spirit points during the first ten minutes of lunch. You have been doing a great job showing your school spirit.  Remember to wear school colors tomorrow! 

 

The sophomore class will be selling LC cinch sacks this week during lunch for $10.  If you would like to see what they look like before then, stop by Mrs. Clous’ room.

 

Math tutoring is scheduled today in Mr. Thom’s room.

 

Seniors – the pizza kit fundraiser arrives today.  Make sure arrangements are made for today’s pickup and delivery.

 

Seniors – we need to finish our float tonight.  Mr. Bongard will be there late so let’s finish this thing.

 

Homecoming Court – court representatives are dismissed at lunch on Friday, October 4 with a note from home.  Each representative may have a friend go with them as long as the friend has a note from home.

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

 

Volunteers are needed to help out at the Lake City Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet.  It will be held on Tuesday, October 15 at the American Legion.  Volunteers will need to be there by 5:45 p.m. and will be done by 7:30 p.m.  You will get a free dinner for helping to clear tables, serve coffee, and clean up.  Sign up in Mrs. Richardson’s office for a community volunteer experience.
