Congratulations to the Student of the Week – Hannah Burkholder.

 

There is a meeting tomorrow at lunch in Mr. Prielipp’s room for girls interested in playing basketball.

 

Due to parent/teacher conferences, math tutoring is scheduled today in Mr. Bongard’s room from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

 

Seniors - tomorrow we will have a meeting to vote on class song, flower, and motto.  If you have any preferences, or an opinion, please stop and share them with Mr. Bongard.

 

Sophomores - we are selling 50/50 tickets during next Tuesday’s volleyball game and next Friday’s football game.  If you are interested in selling tickets, see Mrs. Clous or one of your class officers.

 

COUNSELOR’S CORNER

 

The first local scholarship for seniors is out.  The Masons offer two scholarships just to Lake City seniors – the Beacon Scholarship and the Floyd Helsel Memorial Scholarship.  See Mrs. Richardson for an application.  Applications are due Friday, November 22.

 

ATHLETICS

 

JV football vs Evart, home, game starts at 6:30 p.m.

 

We will take orders for football playoff shirts this week only.  Pick up your order form from the athletic

wall pocket.  ALL ORDERS, with payment, must be in to Ms. Gilson by 3:30 p.m. tomorrow.

 

SENIOR ATHLETES – applications are available for the MHSAA/Farm Bureau Scholar-Athlete Award.  You must have a gpa of 3.5 and must have earned your varsity letter.  See Ms. Gilson for an application.  All applications are due by Friday, November 22.

 

Varsity volleyball athletes – stop by Ms. Gilson’s door by 3:30 p.m. tomorrow and register your parents for parents’ night next Tuesday.
