The Snowcoming dance is Saturday, February 27, from 8-11:15 p.m.  Cost is $5 per person and it is semi-formal.  Guest forms may be picked up in the office before school, after school, or during lunch.

 

Seniors - if you still have money from our snack fundraiser, please return to Mrs. Clous ASAP.  If you have any items that you can’t sell, bring those in and we will get them sold.

 

Juniors interested in helping with the Bro’ Volleyball tournament, grab your lunch and come down to Mrs. Phil’s room for a lunch meeting today and tomorrow.  If you are unable to attend, let us know if you can help.  We need ticket takers, bake sale items and sellers, coaches, concession stand, etc. 

 

Seniors – pictures for the 2016 graduate composite will be taken Monday, February 22 from 7:45 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.  Please have your hair and make-up done and be ready for your picture that morning.  Pictures will be taken in groups of 5-6 students at a time.  Stay in class until the photographer’s assistant calls you.  Seniors attending morning CTC are to report to the auditorium before leaving for CTC or immediately upon returning.  If you are a counselor for Camp Rotary, please come in and get your picture taken at 7:00 a.m. in the auditorium before you go on the Camp Rotary bus!

 

This is the last chance to purchase the 2016 yearbook; the deadline is March 4.  The cost is $40 payable to LC Yearbook.  The books will arrive in May.  We will not order any additional books, so order yours today.  See Mrs. Atkins for any questions.

ATHLETICS

 

JV/Varsity Girls basketball vs. Evart, home, game starts at 6:00 p.m.

 

There is a meeting today for students trying out for the golf team at 12:15 in the auditorium.

Support the Lake City Booster’s Club by eating with the teams Friday, February 19 from 5-6 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.  Enjoy a Sloppy Joe dinner with the team! Cost is $5 each or $20 per family.  All proceeds benefit the Lake City Athletic Boosters.
